We are a manufacturer founded in 2013. Our factory is located in Songxia, Shangyu, Shaoxing, known as China's Umbrella City.
2. Can you customize the umbrella with our logo?
Yes. We offer free one-on-one design support. Logos can be applied by screen printing, digital printing or heat transfer printing, while frame, fabric color, handle style and packaging can also be adjusted to your requirement.
3. What is the MOQ for this model?
1 pc for stock items, and 100 pcs for customized orders with printing.
4. Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Existing samples are free of charge while the freight is at your cost. A sample fee applies to customized samples and is refunded after you place an order. Custom sampling takes about 3 days.
5. How long is the production lead time?
Within 15 days after sample approval, artwork and deposit are all confirmed.
6. What are the payment terms?
T/T, PayPal. For bulk orders: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
7. Which port do you ship from?
We ship from Ningbo port,China by sea or by air. Available delivery terms are FOB, CIF and EXW.DDP as you need.
8. How do I place an order?
Tell us your requirements and we will offer customized suggestion accordingly. Then we send samples for your approval, and you pay the deposit after confirmation. Finally we produce, inspect and ship as approved.
